Things have been super awesome with us lately! 

Eric is currently in Vegas for a few automotive shoots and we have been preparing for our next move coming up in March! 

We have decided to stay local to the Vancouver/Portland area by moving into a brand new building downtown on Main Street at The Uptown Apartments! 

We’re SUPER stoked about it since we have never experienced that type of living before. 

Should be super exciting and lots of fun! There is so much to do in walking distance.. Can’t wait to explore!

 KETO RECIPE ALERT 
In celebration of #NationalChiliDaywe are sharing this tasty
Prüvit Keto Chili recipe…

Ingredients:
I lb. 80/20 grass fed ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
4 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup diced onion (can substitute 4 Tbsp. of dried onion flakes)
4 cups of organic beef broth
24 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 packet of MCT//143

Directions:
1. Brown beef, diced onion, and minced garlic, (do not drain)
2. In separate pan brown Italian sausage (do not drain)
3. Combine cooked meats
4. Add broth, crushed tomatoes, tomatoes paste, and seasonings.
5. Bring to a boil then let simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.
6. After simmering add MCT//143

Optional: make it your own and top with jalapeño peppers, shredded cheeses, sour cream, or avocado.

This makes about 8 servings, each 1 cup serving contains: 447 Calories, 31g Fat, 9g Carbs, and 31g Protein
