Vanilla Keto Kreme™ Pudding

Keto Kreme™ isn’t just for your coffee, it a delicious fat-bomb of sweetness! We made vanilla pudding AND whipped cream with it and it sure does hit the spot! Both recipes are versatile and lend well to any mix-ins you’d like 🙂

Vanilla Keto Kreme™ Pudding

Ingredients:

2 cups Heavy whipping cream
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 package of Keto Kreme™
6 Egg Yolks
1 tbsp erythritol

Instructions:

1. Place heavy cream, vanilla, erythritol, and Keto Kreme in sauce pan.
2. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks.
4. Slowly add whisked egg yolks to mixture while constantly whisking.
5. Cook on low heat continuously stirring until mixture begins to thicken.
6. Let cool and pour pudding into individual ramekins.
7. Place a sheet of plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding, to prevent skin from forming.
8. Place the pudding in fridge for 1-2 hours, or until completely cooled
9. Top with Keto Whipped Kreme

Keto Whipped Kreme

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, chilled
1 package of Keto Kreme™
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions:

1. Using a mixer on high, beat the heavy cream, Keto Kreme™, and vanilla until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Dollop on top of your favorite Keto treat and enjoy!
