Pumpkin. Spice. Fat Bombs.

Four words…

Pumpkin Spice Fat Bombs


4oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c pureed pumpkin
2 tbsp of swerve
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg



1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
2. Spoon mixture onto parchment paper lined muffin tin or baking sheet
3. Freeze until set, about 20 minutes.
4. Store in freezer.
