Before you start shoving your face with all the delicious and yummy low carb and keto foods that you will find below, first were going to need to calculate your “Keto Macros” (Macronutrients) so you know how many grams of Fats, Proteins, & Carbs your body needs each day: Keto Calculator.

After you figure out your macros, you will want to enter them into a macro tracking app so you can keep track of your daily macro goals. The app I use is “My Fitness Pal” and you can download it here: My Fitness Pal

Now that you have your daily macro goals and you are ready to track them, you can now plan out the meals you would love to have each day for the week.
